Medini Watch Trading LLC – Terms Of Service

This website is operated by MEDINI WATCH TRADING LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “MEDINI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MEDINI WATCH TRADING LLC.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully for your reference whilst accessing our website and purchasing our products.

Shipping

MEDINI offers free shipping, by air, to customers worldwide via various global carriers
A confirmation email will be sent to customers upon dispatch. Products will be shipped within 5 business days of order being received (not inclusive of weekends)
Shipping time will be approximately 3-4 days depending on the customers location.
MEDINI will not be responsible for Customs taxes and duties fees.

Returns/Refunds

MEDINI customers can return their watches for a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
The items must be returned unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
MEDINI will only cover return/refunds shipping costs if the watch being returned is defective (Watch received in a defective state).
Once the returned item is received and inspected, MEDINI will send the customer an email to notify receipt. MEDINI will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the credit card or original method of payment.
MEDINI reserves the right to deny the return for used, modified, damaged, incomplete, or dirtied articles sent over by the customer.
To complete the return, customers must email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product with their delivery receipt and proof of purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful registration. To ensure timely registration into our system we recommend you register within 14 days of purchase. Watch Warranty

Medini Watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all defects in workmanship or material quality over the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to the following:

Repairs needed by use other than normal wear.
Marks or stains caused by normal wear and tear.
Any damage that may arise out of unauthorized work.
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse & negligence.

Exchange

MEDINI will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product with delivery receipt and proof of purchase.
