This website is operated by MEDINI WATCH TRADING LLC. Throughout this site, the terms "MEDINI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MEDINI WATCH TRADING LLC.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before purchasing our products.

How to Purchase

This website serves as a product catalogue and does not accept online payments or credit card transactions directly through the site. To purchase a product, customers can reach us through our Contact page, or directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, orders are completed via direct bank transfer. Payment must be received and confirmed before an order is processed for shipping.

Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items purchased and the delivery location, and will be communicated to the customer prior to payment.
  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed (excluding weekends).
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–4 business days, depending on the customer's location.
  • A confirmation message will be sent to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
  • MEDINI is not responsible for customs taxes or import duties, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns / Refunds

  • Customers may return their watch for a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
  • MEDINI will cover return shipping costs only if the item received is defective.
  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, MEDINI will notify the customer of the outcome (approval or rejection) via email or phone.
  • Approved refunds will be returned via the same bank transfer method used for the original payment.
  • MEDINI reserves the right to decline returns for items that are used, modified, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@mediniwatches.com within 14 days of receiving their order, including proof of purchase and delivery confirmation.

Exchanges

MEDINI will replace items only if they are received defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at info@mediniwatches.com within 14 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase and delivery confirmation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
